Great location near parks and good wifi, but no security features felt safe.

I had a great experience. The staff member was able to let us check in early, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and we received any additional supplies we needed quickly. It was close to restaurants and shops, making our stay easier. I appreciate how convenient everything was during my visit.

There were some issues with noise and the amenities needed updates.

The spacious two-bedroom accommodations were perfect for us, making it easy to hang out and relax together. Unfortunately, we faced some noise disturbances during our stay. One night, our neighbors were incredibly loud at 2 am, which made it difficult to sleep. We tried contacting the front desk for help, but no one answered, so it was frustrating that there wasn’t better support for such issues.

The pool was nice, and having laundry was a lifesaver during our stay. The kitchen setup helped us whip up meals easily during our visit!

Noise from the air conditioning can be overwhelming in certain rooms, potentially making sleep difficult. Accessing the shower is tricky due to a high wall around the jacuzzi, lacking any handrails. Some appliances, like the dishwasher, perform poorly, leading to water pooling at the bottom. Furthermore, little conveniences such as no cleaning service during our stay left us a bit frustrated, especially since there weren't enough trash bins or mirrors in the bedrooms.

The phone in the room malfunctioned!!! So many areas felt poorly maintained, like the tennis court and the very underwhelming 'yard' space!!! Getting to the Disney parks was chaotic because of confusing exits!!!

It was just a smart choice for a city break in Lake Buena Vista with good price value. The location was great, easy access to freeway and not far from restaurants and a super market. Traffic can get congested, so plan your travel times accordingly.
